Pickatale is a reading platform designed to help children improve their literacy through an engaging digital library. I joined the team to lead design across multiple touchpoints: the mobile reading app, in-book educational mini-games, a parent/teacher dashboard with reading insights, and the main marketing website.

Project Overview
Design a seamless reading experience for kids with age-appropriate visuals and interactivity, while providing parents and teachers with clear, data-driven insights into each child's reading habits and progress.
Redesigned Pickatale’s ecosystem—reading platform, games, dashboard, and website—to improve children’s reading skills while giving adults the tools to support and track their progress.
Designing for multiple personas is one of my favorite challenges. Kids want fun and freedom; teachers and parents want structure and progress. I balanced both by creating playful, intuitive experiences—like in-book mini games—to motivate young readers while delivering real insights for adults.
